What payment methods are accepted?
Soul Enchanted accepts PayPal for a fully secured and trusted transaction. You do not need to have a PayPal account, credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
What are your Shipping Rates?
Orders are processed daily and are shipped via Australia Post Express Post Platinum. Pricing is flat rate. Within Australia: $15. International: $60. Most orders should arrive within 2-14 days. Custom order delivery time may vary.
What is your returns/refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping costs, however, will be your responsibility.
